Where can I buy your products?

We are online retailers based in Northumberland, UK and sell our products worldwide. We sell solely through our website and to no other shops or retailers. However, we do attend major horse events around the UK, follow us on our social media sites to be kept up to date on this.

Do you ship abroad?

We ship worldwide, just enter your country at checkout.  If you have any queries about shipping see our Shipping/Delivery page for more info or drop us an email to info@uhlan.co.uk

Where are your products made?

At Uhlan our products are exclusively British designed. We source our manufacturers and suppliers from all around the world and make sure that everything complies with international laws regarding ethics and working conditions. 

How much is postage?

We offer two options for delivery in the UK:
Standard Tracked Delivery - £4.50
Express Tracked Delivery - £7.25
For international orders:
Europe - £8.50 
Rest of the World - £12.50  

For UK orders only we can offer next day delivery if desperately required, send us an email at info@uhlan.co.uk for details on how to.

UK Standard shipping is free with orders over £75.

How do I order?

When you have made your selection, choose your size, and click ‘Add To Cart’. If you are ready to complete your purchase navigate to the Shopping Cart icon at the top right menu, and select your Delivery service. Then either select ‘Checkout’ to pay to be led through the checkout process.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We hope that you will love all of your Uhlan purchases but if you do need to return or exchange an item we will be happy to help. You may either return your item for an exchange or we will offer a full refund subject to our terms and conditions. Please see the returns policy by clicking on the link in the footer to view our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Do you cover the cost for returning an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a prepaid returns service. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of sending the exchange to you to avoid our customers paying delivery twice. You can also exchange an item for a different product if you would like to.

Can I exchange or get a refund on sales items?

All sale and discounted items are non refundable or exchangeable.

Errors with my order

If you think there is an error with your order or an item is missing, please check the dispatch note emailed with your order then email us asap at info@uhlan.co.uk

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Yes as long as it hasn’t been despatched. Please contact us immediately and we will arrange this for you. If the item has been despatched, unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order.

Product care

Please take care with your technical products and remember to wash inside out to avoid contact with abrasive items such as velcro as this can damage the soft micro fabric. 

It is important to note that fabric conditioning products can occasionally affect the printing or trims on items, therefore washing instructions must be followed as no refund can be offered for any resulting defects. Printed and silicone items on our products can be damaged by ironing and direct heat sources.  

Is your logo British Eventing approved? 
Yes our logo is British Eventing approved, meaning you can wear our products to any affiliated event!
