SHIPPING POLICY

UK Delivery 

All items which are in stock at the time the order is placed, will be delivered within a standard delivery time scale of 3-5 working days, using Royal Mail or another courier service if necessary. 

Please allow an extra working day for any deliveries made over the UK bank holidays as the postal services may not be open.

Postage is £4.95 for all standard UK orders, £7.95 for express delivery, or free for all UK mainland orders over £85.

EU Delivery

Postage is £9.50 for all EU orders, or free for orders over £85.

Your order will be sent by tracked courier service. A signature may be required when you receive your parcel. Delivery times vary but should take no longer than 1 week from when we send your item(s).

International Delivery

All international orders will be posted via Royal Mail. Delivery timescales will vary depending on the destination of the order.

Postage is £14.50 for all orders outside the EU, or free for orders over £85.

My delivery did not arrive?

Unfortunately, Uhlan cannot be held responsible for any postal/courier delays or lost in transit packages, as this is out of our control. However, if there is any problems such as your products have not arrived within the given timescale, then please do send us an email at; info@uhlan.co.uk

My parcel was damaged upon delivery?

Please contact us at; info@uhlan.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Please attach photographs to show exactly how it was delivered.

Customs payment & Brexit

Uhlan operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis which means that the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs which may be necessary to release an order from international customs.

Following the UK leaving the EU on 1st January 2021 (BREXIT), there have been some changes to customs and duty charges for EU customers. Tax and import duty varies from country to country so we recommend you check first with your local tax office to see if any fees will be payable.  

If the customer refuses to pay any duty and customs charges and the parcel is returned to sender all shipping charges will deducted from any refund. No refund will be made until the returned parcel has been received by ourselves. Please note that parcels that have been 'returned to sender' can take up to 3 months to arrive.  We will not cover any fees which may be incurred to return the parcel which will result in it being destroyed by the customs authorities.
